Founder and owner Howard Covens has been providing businesses and residences of the Greater Houston Area with interior plant service since 1975. He has always been driven by his desire to provide businesses and homes with a beautiful and healthy environment. His caring nature and passion for his fellow Houstonians has shined through in his involvement in numerous local charities. His role as President of the Rotary Club, where he became a Paul Harris Fellow, highlights the respect he has received in our great city. Adam Covens, Howard’s youngest of three sons, has recently returned home after 6 years of honorable active-duty service in the United States Navy. Growing up around the family business, Adam developed a deep respect for his father’s moral-driven approach towards business, and takes great pride in standing at his father’s side in Covens Interior Plants. We believe that the customers’ needs are of the utmost importance and we are committed to meeting those needs. Our staff of expert and professional design specialists will consult with you to develop an appropriate plant design for your location. Our design options include a wide variety of live foliage plants and colorful flowers, green walls, holiday decorations, and custom container design to specifically match your design space. If you can dream it, we can do it!

SHORT TERM EVENT PLANT AND CONTAINER RENTALS

We make it easy for you to have beautiful foliage & color programs, installed in decorative containers at your trade show, conference, HLSR events, grand openings or wedding. We deliver, prepare, install and pick up for one affordable price.

HOLIDAY DECOR

We lease pre-lit or unlit, custom decorated Christmas Trees, wreathes and scenes in a variety of themes, including all materials, design, installation & pick up. In addition, we can provide and maintain a number of different Poinsettia choices.

INTERIOR PLANT & CONTAINER DESIGN FOR PURCHASE OR LEASE

We offer a wide variety of plants, containers & color rotation programs which we can lease to your office or home and provide guaranteed maintenance for one monthly price. With this program, you will never pay extra to have a plant replaced again.

INTERIOR PLANT INSTALLATION/outdoor plant areas

We can provide maintenance or guaranteed maintenance for your existing plants.
We can design free standing foliage and outdoor planters for any patio or entry area including all materials and installation.

ATRIUM DESIGN & INSTALLATION/outdoor plant areas

We provide design and plant installation for any in ground or above ground atrium including soil and top cover whether you are in need of the initial installation or renovating an existing space.

COLORFUL BLOOMING PLANT PROGRAM

We provide a variety and different species of beautiful color rotations, changed out as required throughout the year. These programs include Bromeliad Guzmanias, Neoregilias, Orchids, Kolanchoes, Anthuriums, Reiger Begonias, Crotons etc.
